Who Needs Domiciliary Care?

Learn About Company

Domiciliary care allows for individuals to stay in their own homes, rather than going into care homes or supported living environments. The ultimate aim of domiciliary care provision is to ensure that individuals can stay safe, comfortable and happy at home. The overall purpose is to give support and assistance to those who need additional help with their day to day life, no matter how big or small those requirements may be. These needs are identified, actioned and outcome into person-centred care plans, with all relevant information being sourced at the ‘pre-assessment’ stage.

Exemplary Care Services have a bespoke and robust Nurse-Led training and induction programme, meaning that a wide variety of potential care requirements are already covered, and all staff are subject to rigorous competency assessments that ensures quality care is provided.

All clients receiving care provision from our service have a monthly courtesy call with our Field Care Supervisors allowing for all changes, wishes and preferences to be dealt with in an extremely responsive manner.

As a company, we value honesty, quality, transparency, openness and individuality.
