About Us

Who Needs Domiciliary Care?

Statistically speaking, 85% of people would prefer to stay at home in receipt of care, so having domiciliary care services available makes that possible. At Exemplary Care Services, we aim to deliver quality driven, person-centred care, in line with the individuals wishes, needs, abilities and preferences. Our ethos is ‘Exemplary by name, exemplary by nature’ and this runs throughout our entire service. Our staff training is bespoke, nurse-led and incredibly robust, giving individuals using our service, as well as their families, friends and advocates peace of mind that they are safe and taken care of. We can provide a wide range of assistance and services, including full personal care assistance, domestic support, nutrition, medication, companionship, social assistance with accessing community and many more. We champion independent living, working in partnership with clients to give them the best possible service for what they want and need in their care provision and delivery.

Our Staff

At Exemplary Care Services, our support workers have been carefully considered during our robust interviewing processes, only selecting who we consider to be the best of the best. We always aim to deliver high quality training, overseen by a nurse. We promise and vouch to deliver experienced, well trained and person-centred, people orientated staffing to all our clients, matching support workers to clients with preferences and care requirements being carefully examined and assessed. We emphasize the huge importance of raising concerns, to aid in the safeguarding of vulnerable adults, protecting them from harm, abuse or neglect. All staff are subject to safety screening through the DBS service, ensuring safety further. Our staff are kind, compassionate, professional and most importantly, caring. We want our clients to always feel safe, and part of our family.

So…Why us?

We understand that home care is an increasingly popular route for those who require it. We also understand just how overwhelming the initial planning and implementing of this kind of service can be. So, why us?

We are committed in all endeavours to ensure that all care provision and delivery is high quality and person-centred. We aim to deliver a service that makes individuals feel safe, valued, respected and understood. We would never want to change an individual’s life. That is not our aim. Our ultimate aim is to make someone’s life just that little bit easier, to make all that use our service feel that they can stay in their own home without worry or stress, or feeling unsafe and unable to carry out ‘normal’ activities. We champion independence, and would only want to add in requirements in which the individual sees fit. Our management team visit each client monthly, to ensure that all care provision and delivery remains relevant, in line with their wishes, preferences, abilities, goals and wants.
